First of all, thanks for being one of the thousands of people across America to take my 28 Day Challenge! I know you will have great results and I hope you will share them with all your friends and family.
I have taken steps to make sure 99% of people can take part in the challenge without any issues but it is the Internet and there are many variables out of my control. So. I had my marketing and technical partners at LKN Media create this page to give the few that may be having issues joining, getting emails or having any other problems with the Challenge a place to get some answers!

The most common problems are noted below with possible solutions.
Joining The Challenge – Emails
Q – I did not get a confirmation email when I signed-up.
A – You are not subscribed to the list until you actually receive an email with a click here to confirm link and you click that link.
Check your spam or junk mail folders or any anti-spam and anti-virus programs you may have running. If you find the email in there you will want to add [email protected] to your safe senders list. Click here for directions to do that for most email clients.
If all that fails … please use the form below and send us your email address so we can look into it further.
Q – I got the confirmation email but have not received any emails since then.
A – See above for checking your spam/junk folders and adding to safe senders. Use the form below to contact us and request the missing email be resent.
Q – I get the emails but cannot see the content.
A – At the top of the email you should see a link that says View this email in your browser. Try that! Also .. make sure your email client (Outlook etc) is setup to receive html emails.
Q – I wanted to start this month but when I joined it said I signed-up for next month’s challenge?
A – I realize that you are ready to get started as soon as you sign-up! That’s great and I know you will benefit from all the great healthy lifestyle challenges I have in store for you. In order to provide people enough time to confirm their subscriptions, we need to have a cut-off for that month’s challenge. This date is typically the Friday before the challenge begins. It is important to confirm as soon as possible to avoid missing any of the emails. Don’t worry though! The challenge is awesome and will change your life no matter what month you take it!
About The Challenge
Do I need a shopping list for this challenge?
No, each day we will provide you with a list of our suggestions for swap-outs. Those swap-outs are our suggestions, but we encourage you to make your own decision about what product you want to swap out.
Will you send me emails every day?
Yes. You will get an email for each day of the challenge with a LINK to the Challenge webpsge.
The challenge has already started, can I still sign-up?
Unfortunately, our challenge runs one month at a time. Keep watching for the next challenge!
I can’t get to the store to make my swap-outs today, can I still complete the challenge?
Yes, we understand that it may not be possible for everyone to get to the store on a daily basis. We suggest making a list of swap-outs and making one trip to the store. Don’t forget about online shopping, it is convenient and often saves money! We reference Vitacost and Amazon during the challenge because of their wholesale prices and convenience.
What do I do with the items I do not want to use anymore?
We suggest a few things:
1) Recycle the container.
2) Clean and use the container for storage. Jars are great for organizing small bathroom items!
3) If it is a food product, donate the items to a food bank or charity.
4) Safely dispose of the item if necessary.
This challenge seems overwhelming, I’m not sure if I can finish.
If anything, we want you to be educated at the end of the challenge. We encourage you to complete each day so that you can educate yourself. “Progress not perfection” is our motto and we want to see you take baby steps to better your health!
