Brooke: I believe that you need to focus on four key areas: nutrition, beauty, home, and stress. In my guide, four different ways, four weeks, four topics. I highlight the hot topics in each area. For example, in nutrition I’ll talk about anything from healthier sweeteners … If you’re using a lot of refined sugars, what are all the healthier sweeteners out there, even down to conversion charts. I really like to dig deep. Even the best supplements on the market, explain why. I have a lot of research behind what I’ve created. It’s really exciting, because I’ve put it in a very simple, simple format for the average person that just wants to get healthy in one are or four areas.

Brooke: Yeah, I do several different products. I tell my favorites and then testimonials from other people’s favorites but also based on clinical research. That’s huge. Lastly, stress. Stress is a big thing. I cover fitness, all the way to finding your purpose, being grateful, books that are inspiring, journaling. You really want to know why you want to become healthy first. I would say you want to have a why that makes you cry, something bigger than just sitting in a pair of skinny jeans. You want to have a reason that you’re really getting healthy that’s going to last.
