When I came across a delicious recipe that had buttermilk in it, I set out to find a healthier alternative to buttermilk. Well, I found one, used it in the recipe, and it worked like a charm!

- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- Unsweetened milk alternative of choice (rice, almond, or coconut)
- Add enough milk to the juice to make 1 cup. Let it stand for 10 minutes before use. You will notice a complete change of consistency.
