Did you know that you can replace your everyday ingredients with healthier options? When I first started to cook and bake in a healthier way, I was extremely overwhelmed! However, I started having so much fun when I realized how easy it was to take a traditional recipe and replace a few ingredients, and soon my recipe was a really healthy, delicious one! 🙂 I searched for whole foods and more “real food” ingredients to use in place of ingredients that I didn’t want to feed my family. I wanted to use super foods and foods with more nutrients that would have a bigger impact on my family’s health.
Today, I am sharing with you some of my favorite replacements that you can also try out in your kitchen! These replacements are also nice to have on hand when I run out of a particular ingredient, like eggs, and I need to quickly find a replacement.
