
Spring Detox Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head raw cauliflower, chopped
- 1 head raw broccoli, chopped
- 1 bunch kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 raw carrots, shredded
- ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Drizzle Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
