
Turkey Meatballs

Holiday parties can derail your healthy diet. These turkey meatballs are a great healthy option to take to a party! You can even make them now and freeze them, then just bake them to warm them up.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- ¼ cup goat cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- ¼ cup organic panko (for gluten-free, use ¼ cup almond flour instead)
- 2 tbsp. pesto
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
- Shape into 2-in. large turkey meatballs (makes about 13).
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
