Sweet Potato Fries

- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
- 4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Toss sweet potato wedges in oil, salt and pepper.
- Spread the potato strips out on a baking sheet.
- Bake about 20 minutes until browned and tender, turning once about.
