First of all, thanks for being one of the thousands of people across America to take my 28 Day Challenge! I know you will have great results and I hope you will share them with all your friends and family.
I have taken steps to make sure 99% of people can take part in the challenge without any issues but it is the Internet and there are many variables out of my control. So. I had my marketing and technical partners at LKN Media create this page to give the few that may be having issues joining, getting emails or having any other problems with the Challenge a place to get some answers!

The most common problems are noted below with possible solutions.
Joining The Challenge – Emails
Q – I did not get a confirmation email when I signed-up.
A – You are not subscribed to the list until you actually receive an email with a click here to confirm link and you click that link.
First – Check your spam or junk mail folders or any anti-spam and anti-virus programs you may have running. If you find the email in there you will want to add [email protected] to your safe senders list. Click here for directions to do that for most email clients.
Second – please be sure you entered the correct email address. You can try to rejoin by visiting the Challenge Page again and completing the form. Try an alternate address, if available.
If all that fails … please use the form below and send us your email address so we can look into it further.
Q – I got the confirmation email but have not received any emails since then.
A – See above for checking your spam/junk folders and adding to safe senders. Use the form below to contact us and request the missing email be resent.
Q – I get the emails but cannot see the content.
A – At the top of the email you should see a link that says View this email in your browser. Try that! Also .. make sure your email client (Outlook etc) is setup to receive html emails.
Q – I wanted to start this month but when I joined it said I signed-up for next month’s challenge?
A – I realize that you are ready to get started as soon as you sign-up! That’s great and I know you will benefit from all the great healthy lifestyle challenges I have in store for you. In order to provide people enough time to confirm their subscriptions, we need to have a cut-off for that month’s challenge. This date is typically the Friday before the challenge begins. It is important to confirm as soon as possible to avoid missing any of the emails. Don’t worry though! The challenge is awesome and will change your life no matter what month you take it!
