Expectant mothers need many vitamins and nutrients throughout the entire pregnancy to support the baby’s development and to sustain the changes that the mother endures too. I understand the “grab-n-go” lifestyle doesn’t go away just because you’re pregnant, so I wanted to give busy pregnant mom’s some foods that are healthy AND easy.
