
Apple Coconut Cobbler

When you spend a lot of time making dinner, you don’t want to spend a lot of time making dessert!
Ingredients
- 6 apples, cored and chopped
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ½ cup raisins
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Core and chop apples (you can peel them, too, if desired but I like the skin on this one!)
- Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix well and pour into crock pot.
- Cook on low for six hours.
